The COR FR BOARD A fire-resistant board consists of a mineral wool board with a density of 150 kg\/m\u00b3 and a thickness of 60 mm, coated on one side with COR FR COAT A ablative paint. The product system is designed to seal fire protection penetrations and prepare fire expansion joints with a fire resistance rating of up to 240 EI. Under fire conditions, high temperatures trigger endothermic reactions within the product. The coating absorbs heat, significantly delaying the impact of fire on structural components.<\/p>\n
COR FR BOARD A is used for:
\n\u2022 Fire protection of service ducts containing single non-flammable pipes or assemblies, or groups of non-flammable pipes in floors or walls.
\n\u2022 Protection of expansion joints in floors, ceilings, or walls.
\n\u2022 Fire protection for electrical cables in combination with intumescent paint.
\n\u2022 COR FR COAT I on the wall.<\/p>\n
The wall must be at least 150 mm thick and made of concrete or masonry, with a minimum density of 600 kg\/m\u00b3.<\/p>\n
The floor must be at least 150 mm thick and made of concrete or masonry, with a minimum density of 1700 kg\/m\u00b3.<\/p>\n
