Roof joints are designed to provide joint protection and sealing, even during large seismic movements. These can absorb wide multidirectional movements and thus guarantee the free movement of buildings. This avoids collisions with structures and, therefore, guarantees the durability of the structures and the safety of everyone. Our roof joints are compatible with our fire protection seals.

COR JDT 7_02

Roof expansion joint composed of an EPDM waterproof membrane, a support system fixed to the concrete elements (acrotteries) and an aluminum part (canopy) that is attached to the support element.

USE: For the protection and sealing of expansion joints on the ceiling. Available for seals up to 600 mm opening.

COR JDT 7_04

Expansion joint “special seal” suitable for treating expansion joints on the roof or for parking. Very flexible, suitable for use with hot bitumen. It is compatible with waterproofing membranes in PVC, EPDM, etc.

USE: For external or internal floor joints up to 80 mm. Suitable for the sealing treatment of expansion joints, it is usually connected to the tightening of the construction. Not circulable, unless protected to allow traffic.

Finishes and special pieces: Floor-to-floor type, and floor-to-wall type with exposed skirting (type E). Black sections available made of different materials according to strength requirements. Special parts can be welded using a hot knife. Special parts on demand (T, X, L…).

Watertight seismic expansion joint for efficient and durable covering of roof expansion joints. Made of a continuous watertight membrane associated with a cover. This system is able to cope with significant three-dimensional movements.
