Seismic expansion joints

All-metal seismic TM / SI expansion joints specially designed to withstand heavy loads. Usable inside and outside. The central parts allow important expansion and contraction movements, as well as vertical and shear movements. Usable for all types of finishes: concrete, sheet, mosaic, etc.

Use: For floor joints up to 200 mm with large movements and heavy loads. Adapted to heavy traffic of rigid wheeled lift trucks (Vulkolan) up to 6 tonnes / axle tires, trucks, forklifts and heavy traffic of light vehicles.

All-seismic floor expansion joint in aluminum for exterior and interior. The two aluminum upper parts slide between them allowing to absorb three-dimensional movements: horizontal, vertical and shear. Usable for any type of finish: expansion joint for concrete, screed, tiles, etc.

Use: For internal or external joints up to 100 mm. Suitable for heavy traffic of tire forklifts, pallet trucks and heavy traffic lights.

All-seismic floor expansion joint in aluminum for exterior and interior. The internal aluminum parts slide between them allowing to absorb the three-dimensional movements: horizontal, vertical and shear. Interchangeable aluminum tops with optional nitrile leveling tape. Usable for any type of finish: expansion joint for concrete, screed, tiles, etc.

Use: For joints of interior or exterior floors up to 340 mm. These models can be used for intensive pedestrian crossings and light trucks (airports, supermarkets …), as well as for the passage of light vehicles.

Expansion joint all in aluminum. For walls and ceilings, with pre-drilled aluminum angles and a central part that absorbs large multidirectional movements. A waterproofing membrane is available as an option. Especially adapted for quality finishes and for large joints with large seismic movements or not.

Use:For vertical façade joints, up to 200 mm opening. (larger sizes available on request)

Expansion joint for facades, walls and ceilings composed of aluminum angles and an insert. The side angles are covered with cellular foam that allows to compensate for the irregularities of the surfaces. The interchangeable central insert absorbs large multidirectional movements. Gasket particularly suitable for large openings with large seismic movements.

Use: For vertical joints of facades, walls and ceilings up to 350 mm opening. Convenient and easy to install.

Seismic expansion joint for exterior and interior consisting of two angles and a central part of thick aluminum allowing significant expansion and contraction movements, as well as vertical and shear movements. Usable for any type of finish: expansion joint for concrete, screed, tiles, etc.

Use: For joints of interior or exterior floors up to 250 mm. Suitable for heavy traffic of light vehicles.

Special joint expansion of large seismic movements

Vertical installation: facade, wall and ceiling for opening joints from 50 to 200 mm.

Expansion joint for “false ceiling”, composed of aluminum angles with an interchangeable central insert to absorb large multidirectional movements. Especially adapted for suspended ceilings.

Use: For false ceilings or false ceilings up to 350 mm opening.

 JDH 6.22 seismic expansion joint and fire stop expansion joint comprises side angle sections and a central plate made of aluminium. It is able to take up large expansion and contraction movements, as well as vertical shearing movements, and is also suitable for all types of finish: concrete, screed, tiling, etc.

Use: The JDH 6.22 seismic expansion joint and fire stop expansion joint can be used for indoor and outdoor floor joints where a gap of up to 200 mm, with significant movement, is present. It is suitable for pedestrian and light trolley traffic..

AKF expansion joint of seismic soil large movements consisting of corners and a central stainless steel tray that allows to absorb the movements of expansion, contraction, as well as vertical and shear movements. Usable in all types of hard floors (mosaics, stones, marbles, etc …), it is also possible to use with soft floors and carpet.
