Joints for facades

Expansion joint entirely in aluminum. For walls and ceilings, consisting of pre-drilled aluminum angles and a central part that absorbs wide multidirectional movements. A waterproofing membrane is available as an option. Especially suitable for quality finishes and for large joints with large seismic movements or not.

Use: For vertical façade joints, opening up to 200 mm. (larger sizes available on request).

Finishes and special parts: Flat model (COR JDV 4.02) and angle (COR JDV 4.02 A). Anodized aluminum parts. Compatible with seismic floor seals.

Vertical expansion joint for facades, walls and ceilings, consisting of two pre-drilled galvanized steel profiles and an interchangeable flexible insert to absorb small multidirectional movements. Especially adapted for installing plaster.

Use: For vertical joints of walls and ceilings with an opening of up to 50 mm. Convenient and easy to install.

Finishes and special pieces: Flat and angle models. Black, gray or whitish insert.

Expansion joint for facades, walls and ceilings composed of aluminum angles and a tablet. The side angles are covered with cellular foam that compensates for surface irregularities. The interchangeable central insert absorbs large multidirectional movements. Gasket particularly suitable for large openings with large seismic movements.

Use: For vertical joints of facades, walls and ceilings up to 350 mm opening. Convenient and easy to install.

Finishes and special pieces: Model with invisible wings glued inside the joint (DE). Black or gray insert. Other RAL colors are possible upon request.

The COR JDV 4.08 series was specially designed for the treatment of expansion joints in buildings made with external insulation. It consists of: – a fiber mesh for perfect adhesion to the coating and easy positioning, – a nitrile membrane to guarantee the sealing of the system, – a cover of UV resistant PVC closing profiles.

Use: For vertical façade joints up to 30 mm opening. They are perfectly compatible with our range of fire protection seals.

Finishes and special pieces: Standard and flat angle. White angles and insertion. Other RAL colors are possible upon request.
